I’ve wondered if the medication affects the writing….
I’m still working that out … tony
It depends largely on the medication. I’ve written on numerous drugs. However, the one drug that affected my writing most was Zoloft. Longest dry spell I ever had. It wasn’t until I quit Zoloft that my imagination roared back full force.
Hi, thanks for reading and following my blog. I agree wholeheartedly with what you say above: although I’ll never claim to be the best writer out there, I keep doing it because it is enjoyable. Here’s to persistence, both mine and yours!
There can be so much enjoyment in words – writing, reading, listening
hi, I enjoyed visited your site and discovering your work. very special, you have the “passion”, it is clear. I love words too. What would life be without this expression. and yes, I do think that a certain “slant” of the mind is a prerequisite that seems to prompt the urgency and flow of dedicated writing and poetry. It comes from an ever raw sensitivity that pulses on its own. I don’t think that any of us can sleep, many norms never experienced….but the writing is the exchange. I would not give it up, hope I never would have to.
I can say so little other than “thank you” for your words … tony
Thanks for visiting my site http://rumoursofrhyme.wordpress.com/ and for liking my poem Tools of the Trade

I also started writing not because I know I’m good at it and I want to get profit from it– I wrote just because I want it, there’s a passion urging us to write and we enjoy it, that’s the most important 😀 I can see that in you too. You’ve written a lot and they’re good too! Good luck and thanks for liking my poem., looking forward for yours too ^_^
thank you Therese … tony

Ink runs from the corners of my mouth.
There is no happiness like mine.
I have been eating poetry.

carinaragno – I hope you also find the words to appease your appetite … tony
When I read “About this person who writes” I have to admit it stopped me in my tracks and then a smile slowly crept across my face. Who determines what is good or bad poetry, all of the words mean something to someone somewhere. They are emotions expressed in ink or pencil or typed. No longer bound within our minds, coiled within our bodies. Some people use flowery words, some use simple words, but the bottom line is that they are using words. I love the way you use them, they make me think, make me realize, it’s that ah ha moment – Tia
Thank you – your words are so true. Thank you for enjoying mine … tony
Many thanks for visiting my page and liking my post Tony. I am just very new to sharing my thoughts as they come..I am not good at framing the words into lucid lines, but have a passion in poetry. Greetings from Adelaide.-Dom

thank you for stopping by at rashscribbles.wordpress.com ; appreciate your appreciation 🙂
🙂
It’s that whole “Something important to say” thing that gets me… despite that my friends and relatives tell me over and over again that I should write… I haven’t found THE story (of mine) that NEEDS to be told… good for you, for writing because you have something to say!
It’s not “THE” story that needs to be told – to me it’s “A” story that needs to be told. Everyone has A story, and normally more than one and sometimes, we need to tell the story. I am sure you will have a story inside of you … tony
Thanks for stopping by my blog. I look forward to reading more and more of your writings!
